Reno Residential As-Built Drafting
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
A single-family home in Reno, NV 89509 has finished construction and now needs accurate as-built drawings for my records and future permitting. I’m looking for a drafter who can translate on-site measurements and sketches into clean, professional CAD files that clearly show the current conditions.
Scope
• Produce floor plans for every level, including room names, wall locations, door and window sizes, and overall dimensions.
• Create an exterior outline with doors, windows, and key façade features so the drawings read coherently from inside to out.
• Keep the focus on basic layout and dimensions only—no structural call-outs or MEP details are required this round.
File Requirements
• PDF sheets ready for printing at 24ʺ×36ʺ.
• Editable DWG or RVT files, organised on appropriate layers for easy future updates.
I can supply photos, original design drawings, and any notes you need. Needs to be local to visit onsite conditions. Let me know your expected turnaround and any similar projects you’ve completed so I can see your drafting style.
