Refine Concept Floor Plan into 2D Sketch
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
I have designed a concept floor plan for a single-storey contemporary house with a flat roof, and I need an architect or technical draughtsperson to review it, identify and correct any architectural or functional errors, and deliver a clean 2D floor plan sketch.
The house includes the following rooms:
Master Suite (20.4 m²), Child's Bedroom 1 (13.7 m²), Child's Bedroom 2 (13.8 m²), Guest Bedroom (12.6 m²), Closet (7.1 m²), Bathroom 1 (6.9 m²), Bathroom 2 (4.1 m²), Bathroom 3 (4.2 m²), Bathroom 4 (5.9 m²), Laundry Room (6.6 m²), Home Office (10.3 m²), Living Room + Hallway (42 m²), Kitchen (45.3 m²), Pantry (between Kitchen and Garage, present but currently unlabelled), Equipment Room (9.4 m²), Garage (55.1 m²), Storage Room (7.8 m²), Gym (13.5 m²), Corridor (6.6 m²).
Deliverable:
One clean 2D floor plan sketch with all rooms correctly labelled, including corrections and any improvements applied.
Important notes:
I am open to improvement suggestions, but the overall layout should remain largely unchanged
If you believe a more significant layout change would be beneficial, please explain your reasoning — I am open to discussion
The house has a contemporary style with a flat roof
I will provide the original floor plan image upon project start
