Redraw & Modify House Plan CAD

I have the original house layout on hand which was produced with Chief Architect X17 but only have pdf in hand. Now need it reproduced as a clean, fully editable CAD file. While redrawing, please incorporate one major design change: the ridge height of the roof must be lowered throughout the plan. This affects the roof profile, elevations and any related sections, so the new CAD drawing should reflect those adjustments accurately.

Also look at moving second level bonus to over garage so need stair access from butler kitchen. Looking at using hempcrete with board and batten exterior wall.

The final .dwg (or compatible) file must be layered and dimensioned, ready for further structural or council review. If you prefer AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD or a similar platform, that is fine—as long as the deliverable opens seamlessly in standard CAD software.

Key deliverables:
• Complete 2D floor plan traced from the original layout
• Updated elevations, roof plan and any necessary sections showing the reduced ridge height
• One consolidated, well-organized CAD file (.dwg or equivalent)
