Redraw House Plans in AutoCAD

I will send you two PDFs:
• the original set of house plans
• an additional sheet that shows the extra rooms located on the top floor

Your job is to rebuild these plans from the ground up in AutoCAD (or fully compatible software). Please create the drawing manually—no “PDF-to-DWG” converters or automated tracing tools are allowed.

Scope of work
– Re-draw every line, wall, door, window, fixture and dimension to true scale.
– Integrate the extra top-floor rooms shown in the second PDF so the final layout includes all current spaces.
– Keep layers tidy and logically named (walls, openings, furniture, text, dimensions, etc.) to ensure easy future editing.

Deliverables
1. Clean .dwg file (AutoCAD 2018-compatible or newer)
2. Matching .dxf file
3. A quick screen capture or PDF print proving correct scale before final hand-off

Acceptance criteria
• Manual drafting confirmed (linework is editable, no splines or images).
• Printed test sheet at 1:100 matches the dimensions in the PDF.
• All additional rooms from the second PDF are present.
