Redraw 1960s Floor Plans
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I have three permit-level floor plans for a 1960s house—one per level, each roughly 200 m²—that need to be faithfully redrawn in CAD. I can supply the originals as clear photos of the paper sheets. Every linework element, dimension string, and handwritten or typed note visible on the originals must appear in the new files; however, you may use standard architectural symbols where the original symbols are unclear or obsolete.
Scope
• Reproduce the existing layouts exactly as they stand. No design changes or extra detail are required; this is a straight redraw.
• Deliver one DWG file per level plus matching PDF exports ready for printing at the original scale.
• Keep the drawings at permit-level detail only—no execution-phase layers, hatches, or construction call-outs beyond what is already shown.
I will review each level for visual fidelity and layer cleanliness before final approval. If you are comfortable tracing legacy plans and maintaining original annotations, let’s get started.
