Redesign Restaurant Layout from PDF

I have an existing take-away restaurant layout locked inside a PDF. I need that plan accurately traced into CAD, then re-imagined to suit a new service flow. The final drawing has to land in both PDF and DWG so I can circulate it to contractors and keep editing internally.

You will receive the current PDF the moment we start. After you convert it, please rethink the arrangement—walls, counters, pick-up zone, anything that makes the layout smarter and more efficient. I’m specifically requesting a changed layout design, not just a simple redraw, so feel free to propose a fresh configuration while respecting the building’s fixed structural elements.

Deliverables
• Clean, to-scale DWG and matching PDF reflecting the new layout design
• All layers, blocks, and dimensions neatly organised so my team can work on them without extra clean-up

Acceptance Criteria
• Every existing dimension from the PDF verified or clearly marked if assumptions were required
• New layout shows logical customer flow from entry to pick-up
• Drawing opens error-free in the latest AutoCAD
