Recreate Blurry JPEG in AutoCAD

I have a single JPEG drawing that needs to be rebuilt as a clean, fully editable AutoCAD R14 file. The scan is a little blurry, but everything can still be interpreted with some zooming and patience. I’m after a direct copy—every visible line, curve, hatch, text string, and dimension should appear exactly as it does in the original image, with no extra interpretation or redesign.

• AutoCAD R14-compatible DWG that mirrors the JPEG exactly


I’ll provide the source JPEG as soon as we start and will be available for questions. A short turnaround and one minor revision round after my first look would be ideal.
