Realistic 3D & 2D House Visuals

I want to recreate my hometown house in full visual detail. From the outside façade to every interior corner, I need photorealistic 3D renderings that feel true to life, backed by clean 2D blueprints and practical interior-exterior layout plans.

You will receive reference photos, rough sketches, and key measurements; I’m happy to video-call on site if that helps nail the look. The renderings must stay in a realistic style—accurate lighting, believable textures, and true-to-scale proportions. The 2D drawings should be ready for print and editable later, ideally delivered as both PDF and an open CAD format.

Deliverables
• High-resolution, realistic 3D exterior & interior renders
• Scaled 2D blueprints (plans, elevations, sections)
• Separate interior and exterior layout plans showing furniture and landscaping zones
• Source files (e.g., .skp, .max, .rvt, .dwg) plus final images in PNG/JPEG

I’m comfortable with common pipelines such as SketchUp + V-Ray, Revit + Enscape, 3ds Max, Blender, or any tool you prefer—as long as the realism is there and I can revisit the editable files later. If you can also provide a short walkthrough or 360° view, let me know; that could be a useful add-on.
