Raster PDF to DXF Outline

I have a single-page, raster-based PDF that shows the flat pattern of a sheet-metal part. I only need that flat view converted into a clean, accurate DXF suitable for a laser-cutting program—no additional views, folds, or annotations. Feel free to redraw the geometry from scratch if tracing is impractical; just keep every dimension exactly as it appears on the PDF, as those will drive our forming operation later. The brief is deliberately simple: capture the basic outline and any internal cut-outs shown, skip hidden lines or manufacturing notes, and return one ready-to-import DXF file.
