QLD Retail Fit-out Drafting
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have a new tenancy in Queensland that is under 50 m² and I need a skilled Australian commercial draftsperson to turn my sketches and base-building information into accurate, scaled floor drawings. The plans will be issued straight to shopfitters for quoting and to the landlord for formal approval, so they must fully comply with the relevant Australian Standards and the NCC provisions that apply to retail fit-outs.
The work is drafting-only; all design decisions are already made. I simply need someone who understands local documentation conventions—title blocks, symbols, line-weights—and can deliver clean, professional drawings fast.
Deliverables (required ASAP):
• Dimensioned floor plan at 1:50 or 1:100 showing all partitions, fixtures and service points, with clear egress and accessibility notes that satisfy the NCC
• Any elevations or sections needed for landlord sign-off
• Completed title block with project and revision details
• Final files supplied in both DWG and PDF formats
