Scope of Work
CAD redrawing of as-built plans in the given scale
Marking of changes within the plans:
Demolition: yellow
New construction: red
Clear layer structure (existing / demolition / new construction)
Floor plans per level with clean architectural drafting

Exclusions
No design, structural, or permit-related services
No dimension verification or site measurements

Deliverables
CAD files (DWG and PDF)

Requirements
Solid CAD experience in architectural drawings
Experience with renovation / as-built plans
