Professional Industrial Infeed Bin Design
Budget: $20 – $30 NZD
I am seeking a skilled designer to create a professional drawing of an industrial bulk material infeed bin and conveyor system. This unit is intended for handling aggregates and soils and will be manufactured from mild steel. The drawing will be used for sales purposes, so while it doesn't need to meet manufacturing specifications, it must be mechanically viable.
Key Requirements:
- Provide both 2D and 3D drawings.
- Incorporate changes to the bin dimensions, redesign the conveyor mechanism, and alter the bin shape.
- Ensure the design reflects basic structural integrity for mechanical viability.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in CAD software for both 2D and 3D modeling. We use Solidworks within our company so would be ideal to use this.
- Experience in designing industrial equipment, particularly for handling bulk materials.
- Ability to interpret and enhance basic sketches into professional designs.
- Understanding of mechanical principles to ensure basic structural integrity.
I have a basic sketch outlining our initial concept, which will serve as a starting point for the design. Your expertise in transforming this into a polished and mechanically sound drawing is crucial.
