Professional HOA Submission Drawings
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I already have the exact measurements for a new playground set, an outdoor sauna, and updated landscaping, along with very rough hand-sketches and my property address. What I need now are clean, Modern-style drawings that my HOA Architectural Review Board can approve without questions.
Here’s the workflow I have in mind: once I share the sketches, address, and dimensions, you can pull the site footprint from Google Earth or Google Maps, then overlay crisp, scaled annotations that call out the three elements—(1) Playground set, (2) Sauna, and (3) New landscaping - each should be separate final designs so the final product is 3 design images in .jpg and .pdf format. Labels, leader lines, north arrow, and a simple title block should all look like they came from a professional drafting desk.
Deliverables (PDF + editable file):
• Site plan showing existing conditions and the three proposed additions in context
• Separate detail sheets (or insets) for the playground set, sauna, and landscape zones, each with dimensions called out clearly
• A brief note page summarizing materials and colors, matching the HOA’s Modern preference
Acceptance criteria: everything must read cleanly at both 11×17 and letter size, scale bars must be accurate, and all text must remain legible when printed.
