Pressurized Sprinkler System Drafting

I have a pressurized fire-sprinkler project that spans every common building category—residential, commercial, and industrial. On the residential side it must adapt seamlessly to single-family homes, apartment complexes, and condominiums.

What I need from you are two concrete deliverables:
• Detailed 2D drawings/blueprints that are ready for plan-set submission, complete with legends, pipe sizes, sprinkler head locations, and any call-outs a fitter or local reviewer will expect.
• A coordinated 3D model that matches those drawings, suitable for clash detection and clear visual presentation.

I’ll supply the base architectural plans, system specifications, and any jurisdictional notes I already have. You bring the drafting skill—AutoCAD, Revit, or a comparable platform is fine as long as the files are fully editable on my end. Please keep all layers tidy and naming conventions consistent so the package drops straight into our master set without rework.

The job wraps when both the 2D sheets and the companion 3D file align perfectly, scale correctly across the three building categories, and pass our internal peer check. If you have questions about code references or device schedules, flag them early and we’ll clear them up together.
