Preschool 2D Floor Plan Design

I have a 2,000 sq ft shell that will soon become a preschool, and I need a clear, professional 2-D floor plan that lets me visualise the flow before I start construction. The layout must follow a modern, open concept while still carving out the essential spaces: dedicated classrooms, a central play area, child-sized restrooms, and a small but efficient kitchen for snack prep.

I’ll provide rough dimensions and any existing walls as soon as we start. From there, I’d like you to translate those measurements into a clean plan showing walls, doors, circulation, and basic furniture blocks so I can confirm capacity and sightlines. AutoCAD or Revit is ideal, but if you work in SketchUp or another CAD package that exports clean PDFs and DWGs, that’s fine—just let me know.

A quick first draft will help me identify tweaks early; after one round of revisions, I’ll need the final plan delivered in both editable (DWG) and print-ready (PDF) formats.
