Comfortable circulation despite compact width

Integration of WC area and small transition zone

Provision for a coffee / refreshment niche if feasible

Design Intent

Clean, powerful, and mature aesthetic

Walls in warm white / subtle textured finish

Indoor planters as a key highlight element

Fluted panels / wood accents preferred

Concealed lighting with warm tones (3000K)

Functional Requirements
