Your work must meet a standard where a homeowner feels fully confident in the design and a builder can price the project accurately.

Deliverables You Must Create Every Time

1. Detailed 2D Floor Plan

• Accurate dimensions
• Full room layout
• Logical flow and circulation
• Wall placements
• Door and window placements
• Closet, kitchen, bath layouts
• Garage / shop layouts for barndominiums

2. Full Exterior Elevations

• Front, rear, left, right
• Proportions must be clean and realistic
• Window/door locations must match floor plan
• General roof line shown
• Siding lines / exterior massing represented

3. Roof Line Concept (Non-Structural)

• Visual roof shape
• Suggested pitch
• No engineering. No calculations.

4. 3D Exterior Rendering

• Clean base-level visualization
• Accurate representation of overall massing
• Windows/doors placed correctly
• Doesn’t need to be photorealistic
• Must look professional enough for a homeowner presentation

5. (Optional) Interior 3D Perspective

• Usually main living/kitchen
• Just to show flow
• Not highly styled. Basic, clean visualization.

6. Final PDF Package

• Organized layout + elevations + visuals
• Clean, easy to read
• Builder can price off of it
• Homeowner sees a finished “design concept”
