Precise PDF to DWG Conversion

I need several drawings currently locked in PDF rebuilt from scratch in AutoCAD and delivered as a clean, fully editable DWG that will open without issues in AutoCAD 2018 or any later release.
Every element visible on the PDFs must be carried over: exact dimensions and measurements, all basic shapes and layout geometry, plus every note, leader, and text annotation. Accuracy is critical—no tracing shortcuts or raster inserts. Use clear layer naming so that dimensions, annotations, and geometry remain easy to isolate for future edits.
Deliverable
• One DWG file per source PDF, fully vectorized, scaled 1:1 and verified for AutoCAD 2018+ compatibility.
