Precise 2D House, Driveway Plan

I have the surveyed property lines and a record of the existing structures; what I need now is a clean, scaled 2D site plan that shows the proposed house footprint and driveway set accurately on the lot. Every setback—from each side of the house to the corresponding property line—must be called out with clear linear dimensions so I can verify compliance before moving forward with permitting.

I will share the survey drawing that already includes all boundary bearings and existing features. You can draft in AutoCAD, Revit, or any other platform you prefer, provided the final file is delivered as a print-ready PDF at a scale that fits on standard paper (1”=20’, 1:200, or whichever works best while keeping the plan legible).
The size of the house is: front to back 78ft, left to right, 75 ft, the attached four car garage is 25*45. 45 ft is front to back. The parking court starts at the garage and goes for 30ft. See my mark up. The car park and driveway is repeated in blue pen

Deliverables:
• One scaled 2D site plan in PDF showing the house footprint, driveway, and labeled distances to all four property lines
• North arrow, scale bar, and legend (if symbols are used)
• Optional: the editable CAD file so I can make minor tweaks later (helpful but not mandatory)

I will review the plan against the survey; the work is complete once the setbacks read accurately and the drawing prints
