I have a concept sketch for a small home and need it translated into a clear, accurate 2D floor plan for my own reference and future remodeling ideas. The drawing must show all bedrooms, bathrooms, and the kitchen, with wall lengths and key dimensions called out so I can estimate materials later on. I do not need furniture or fixture placement; just the architectural layout with precise measurements.
