Precise Coil Arch Templates
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
This is literally a 5 minute task.I need two clean, highly accurate half-circle drawings—65 mm and 90 mm diameters—that I can send straight to the printer at 1:1 scale. AutoCAD is my preferred environment, and I will be checking the files against digital calipers, so every fraction of a millimetre counts.
Before you begin, we will have a short 10–15 minute call so I can walk you through why these arches matter to the coil-winding setup and answer any dimension questions. After that, you can dive straight into the modelling.
Please include:
• Both half-circles with precise radii, inner arcs, clearly defined centre marks, and a small scale bar for quick verification.
• A print-ready PDF for each drawing.
• Matching DXF and SVG exports so I can adapt the files for other tooling if needed.
If you are comfortable creating tight-tolerance geometry in AutoCAD and can supply truly 1:1 printable PDFs, this should be a quick, satisfying task for both of us.
