Precise 2D CAD From Scan

I will share a clean PDF scan of a small component together with a short table of critical reference points, hole centres, and edge offsets. Using that information, I need the shape redrawn accurately as a flat-pattern 2D CAD file for CNC profiling.

Please work directly from the scan, overlay my marked dimensions, and ensure the drawing scales exactly—final tolerance must hold within ±0.01 mm across the whole outline. The finished file has to be delivered in DXF and DWG so they can be tweaked and changed as needed.

Acceptance criteria
• Geometry matches the provided scan and dimension set with no open vectors.
• File opens error-free in AutoCAD 2024 and Fusion 360 CAM environment.

A quick preview PDF would be helpful for visual confirmation before you hand over the DXF.
