Precise As-Built Home Plan Creation

Project Brief: As-Built Home Plan (Existing Condition Floor Plan) – PDF Delivery
Objective

I am looking for a freelancer to create a precise, scaled as-built home plan of my house as it currently exists.
This is not a redesign project — the goal is to document the actual situation of the house in a clean, professional floor plan.

Scope of Work

Please produce accurate drawings of the existing condition for all levels of the home:

1. Cellar (Basement)

Full 2D plan of the current layout

All existing walls, partitions, technical/storage rooms

Staircase connecting the cellar to the ground floor

2. Ground Floor

Accurate 2D plan of the current layout

All walls, doors, windows, built-in elements

Staircase down to the cellar

Staircase up to the first floor

3. First Floor

Current room layout with all doors and windows

Bathroom/kitchen plumbing points (if visible)

Any irregularities resulting from past modifications

Staircase up to the first floor from the second entrance

4. Roof Space (Attic)

Plan of the current accessible roof area

Visible beams or structural elements

Type of access (stairs, ladder, hatch)

What I Will Provide

To support the accurate drafting of the plan, I will send:

The original 1970s floor plans (PDF or scans)

My own updated version of the plans showing changes (drawn amateurish)

Recent photos or videos of every room, including staircases

Videos of the home, if needed for clarity

Additional measurements upon request

Required Deliverables
A. 2D As-Built Floor Plans (PDF – Mandatory)

One PDF plan for each level:

Cellar

Ground Floor

First Floor

Roof Space

Each plan must show:

All existing walls (load-bearing and non-load-bearing)

Doors and windows

All staircases

Room labels

Fixed elements (kitchen, bathrooms, major built-ins)

B. Optional: Simple 3D View (PDF)

A basic 3D massing or axonometric view of the current existing condition
(Not required, but appreciated if easy to produce.)

Important Notes

This is only for documenting the current state of the house.

No redesign or new layout is needed.

Accuracy is important, but exact millimeter precision is not required as long as proportions are correct.

Final delivery must be in PDF format (DWG/SKP/RVT optional but not required).
