The focus is strictly on architectural plans—no 3D work or mechanical detailing—so you should be comfortable laying out floor plans, elevations, and sections with correct layers, line weights, dimensions, and annotations that meet standard architectural conventions.
You will receive hand-drawn PDFs and a written scope; I expect you to translate them into .dwg files and printable PDFs ready for permitting. Accuracy to the provided measurements, neat layer management, and clear annotation are essential. If you use the latest AutoCAD release that’s a plus, as compatibility with my 2024 files will speed things up.
