Lifting Operations Planner (AutoCAD) – Precast Installation – LEEA AP Required
Project Description
We are seeking an experienced Lifting Operations Planner / Lifting Engineer for preparation of lifting plans and AutoCAD drawings related to precast concrete installation works.
The scope includes installation of precast beams, columns, wall panels, slabs, and structural components. Some lifts will be classified as critical lifts and may involve tandem lifting operations.
This is a project-based engagement with potential for long-term collaboration based on performance.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years proven experience in lifting operations planning
Minimum 5 years experience in similar precast installation works
Certified Appointed Person (AP) by LEEA (mandatory)
Strong AutoCAD 2D drafting skills
Experience with mobile and crawler cranes
Strong understanding of crane load charts and lifting capacity verification
Experience in critical lifts and tandem lifting operations
Applications without LEEA AP certification will not be considered.
Scope of Work
The selected freelancer will be responsible for:
Preparation of Lifting Plans for precast installation
AutoCAD lifting layout drawings (.dwg format)
Crane setup and positioning drawings
Rigging arrangement drawings
Lift radius calculation and capacity verification
Load chart interpretation
Lifting calculation sheets (Excel preferred)
Method Statement and TRA are not required under this scope.
