AP Pre-DCR AutoCAD Residential Layout Drafting
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have a hand-sketched plan for a G+1 residence that now needs to become a set of polished AutoCAD drawings ready for Andhra Pradesh DPMS Pre-DCR submission. All dimensions are noted on the sketch; what I need from you is a clean, well-layered .dwg that complies with the APDPMS colour, line-weight and naming standards so I can upload it directly to the portal and also share it confidently with my client.
Key points you’ll work on
• Translate the sketch into ground- and first-floor plans, keeping every room and setback exactly as marked.
• Add a basic yet flexible furniture layout so the client can visualise space usage without locking us into fixed positions.
• Produce one front elevation that matches the floor-plan geometry and is presentation-ready.
• Maintain disciplined layer management (walls, doors, windows, text, dimensions, hatching, furniture, etc.) in line with the Pre-DCR template.
• Deliver the final file in AutoCAD 2018 (or compatible) along with a plotted PDF for quick review.
I will share the scanned sketches and any clarifications you need at project start. Accuracy to the given dimensions, adherence to APDPMS standards, and neat layering will be the main acceptance criteria.
