Pool Renovation 2D CAD Submittals

I need clean, accurate 2-D CAD drafting for a pool renovation package. The goal is to generate submittal-ready illustrations that clearly show all proposed changes so my contractor and the permitting office can sign off without delays.

Scope
• Draft scaled plans and elevations of the existing pool area and the renovated layout
• Add concise call-outs, dimensions, and notes required for standard submittals
• Layer the drawing logically (existing vs. new work) so revisions remain simple

I will provide field measurements, hand sketches, and reference photos. You translate them into professional CAD sheets (DWG or DXF) and return a plotted PDF set plus the editable source file.

Accuracy and clear line-weights matter more than flashy graphics; I’m looking for a drafter who can follow the sketches faithfully and turn them around quickly.
