Plot Subdivision with Road Access
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have a 19-cent parcel that is already zoned Residential and completely vacant—no buildings, no utilities. I want to split it into exactly three salable plots, all reached by a single 10-foot-wide internal road that meets local setback and access rules. I do have a preferred alignment in mind, so I’ll share a rough sketch and measurements once we start; your job is to turn that concept into a subdivision plan that a local authority will sign off on.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A scaled layout showing the three individual plot boundaries, the 10-ft access road, and any required easements or right-of-way markings.
• CAD (DWG or DXF) and PDF versions ready for municipal submission, plus a simple plot-area table.
• Your brief notes on compliance with our residential zoning code—minimum frontage, setbacks, road gradient, drain offsets, or similar items that must appear on the plan.
I’ll approve the work when the drawing dimensions line up with the field measurements I provide and the document set meets the checklist used by our local planning office.
