Piping 2d drawings

I need clean, accurate 2D floor plans produced directly in AutoCAD, beginning entirely from scratch. There is no existing sketch, PDF, or prior CAD file for you to trace; we will start with my written brief and any measurements or functional requirements we establish together.

The project centres exclusively on architectural layout work—no mechanical, electrical, or 3D modelling is required—so your focus can stay on proportions, circulation, and room relationships. I will share the overall footprint, target square footage, and any zoning or code notes I have, then rely on you to translate that information into a coherent plan that’s ready for further design development.

Please be comfortable working in native .dwg format, adding appropriate layers, line weights, and standard annotation. A couple of quick turnaround revisions may be necessary as we fine-tune dimensions or adjust walls.

Deliverables I need from you:
• Final AutoCAD .dwg file (fully editable)
• A plotted PDF sized to A3 or A1 for easy printing

If you have a portfolio demonstrating previous floor-plan drafting, include a sample so I can gauge your style and level of detail.
