Picket Fence Design Plans

I need detailed plans for a flat-topped wooden picket fence, to be submitted to my local council for planning approval. Prefer local draftsman who understand Australian building code

Requirements:
- All dimensions will be provided and design of slide gate and pedestrian gate
- Material specifications will be provided
- Site plan
- North, south, east, west elevations
- Cross-section views
- PDF format, A3 size

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in creating drafting drawings
- Experience with wood fence designs, particularly picket styles
