Perimeter Grading Survey & Drawings

My team is advancing the grading plan for Lippo Land Park Serpong and I need a surveyor/drafting specialist who can take us from raw field data to construction-ready documentation.

The field work begins with a full topographic survey—capturing elevation contours, existing vegetation and landscaping, plus every man-made structure that influences the perimeter line. Accuracy is critical; the coordinates you establish will define land boundaries, guide MC.0 compliance, and control the finished height of the fence.

Once the data is gathered, I will rely on you to process it into high-precision cross-section and long-section drawings that call out material specifications. These drawings form the basis for planning, validating quantities, and issuing construction instructions, so all annotations must be clear and referenced to the chosen coordinate system.

Deliverables
• Cleaned survey data set (RAW + processed)
• Topographic plan in DWG + PDF
• Cross-section & long-section sheets with material specs
• Brief technical note summarising methods, instruments, and tolerances

I work in AutoCAD Civil 3D and welcome files in that environment, but I’m open to Leica or Trimble data exports so long as everything aligns back into CAD without loss.
