G+2 + Penthouse CAD – Phase-wise (Ground Floor Test First)
Budget: ₹1,200 – ₹1,500 INR
I need construction-ready CAD drawings for a four-level modern residence (ground, two upper floors and a penthouse) to be delivered in clearly defined phases. To make sure we are a good fit, the first milestone is a test run: you will draft only the ground floor. Once that drawing is confirmed perfect, the next floors move forward with proportionate payments released after each successful submission.
Ground floor acceptance criteria
• Plot dimensions must read exactly 27.9 ft × 65 ft – no rounding.
• Draw and label the horizontal and vertical centre axes, then mark the precise centre point where they intersect.
• From that centre, set out an 8 ft × 8 ft Brahmasthan and keep all columns outside this sacred zone.
• Provide a full column-and-beam layout that meets standard residential building codes.
• Output must be a construction-ready plan, not a presentation sheet.
Deliverables per phase
• Clean, editable DWG file
• Matching PDF
