Pencil Sketch Floor Plan Recreation

I'm looking for a talented artist to create blueprints floor plans of my house. I really want to get that blueprint feel so I would like you to use clean and accurate pencil lines!

Project Requirements:
- Use digital images (7) to accurately recreate the blueprints
- Deliver high-quality digital files in PDF format
- Include room names and measurements as annotations
- Non-shaded, clean pencil line style

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in traditional 2D art and blueprint drawing
- Reliability and good communication skills
- Ability to meet the project deadline by Nov 18, 2025
