PEX & PVC Plumbing Layout

I need a clear, code-compliant plumbing drawing that shows every PEX water-supply line, PVC drain, waste and vent run for a single-story, 2,331 sq ft new build. The house plan is already finished and ready to share as a detailed PDF; the plumbing must follow that footprint exactly, covering every bathroom, kitchen and laundry fixture.
Scope of work
• Overlay the complete cold- and hot-water PEX network on the floor plan, tagging pipe sizes and main manifold location.
• Map all PVC drain lines, traps, clean-outs and vents, including roof penetrations and required slopes.
• Indicate shut-off valves, clean-out access points and any vent stacks that may be combined to reduce roof terminations, while staying within typical U.S. residential code.
• Deliver a final drawing in PDF (and the original CAD or BIM file if you design in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar) ready for the plumber and the permit office.
Acceptance criteria
• All required fixtures—bathroom groups, kitchen sink/ice maker/dishwasher and full laundry station—are connected and labeled.
• Pipe diameters and slopes correspond to IPC or UPC standards (specify which you used).
• The plan aligns perfectly with the supplied floor plan without altering wall or joist locations.
• A legend explains symbols, pipe types and sizing conventions.
