PDF Scan to DWG Plans

I have a scanned architectural plan in PDF format that I now need recreated as a clean, editable DWG file. Every sheet in the scan must be brought across—no cropping or skipping—so that the digital version mirrors the original layout in full.

Accuracy is essential. I need the drawing set at true scale with all walls, doors, windows, and structural elements placed where they belong. Please include existing dimensions and add any that are clearly called out on the scan, but skip extra annotation work or advanced detailing; an intermediate level is fine at this stage.

Use standard AutoCAD layers (or an equally logical layer structure) so future edits stay organized, and be sure text styles remain legible once the file is opened on my end. When you deliver, I’ll open the DWG in AutoCAD 2023, check dimensions against the PDF, and confirm that each sheet has transferred completely.
