PDF Plan to Detailed Site Map

I already have the construction draft plan in a single PDF and now need it redrawn as a polished, true-to-scale site map. Every structure and boundary on the original must carry through accurately, but with the added clarity of proper line weights, layer organisation and crisp typography.

Scope
• Re-trace the PDF so the site layout is fully vectorised and to scale.
• Add all required dimensions directly on the drawing.
• Label every street name, lot dimension and lot number; keep the labels legible at both A3 and zoomed-in digital views.
• Ensure north point, scale bar and title block are present and consistent with common drafting standards.

Deliverables
• A print-ready PDF at 1:200 (and any alternate scale you normally supply).
• The editable source file (DWG, DXF, or Illustrator—whatever you draft in).
• A quick reference JPEG/PNG for easy email sharing.

Accuracy is critical, so please work from the provided PDF only—no guesswork. If something in the scan is unclear, flag it before proceeding so we keep revisions minimal. Once you’re happy with the first pass, send a low-res proof; I’ll mark up any tweaks, then we can move to final export.
