PDF Pipe Schematic to DWG

I have a pipe-work schematic in PDF that I need redrawn in DWG format. Once the existing layout is faithfully reproduced, please add several new elements: extra pipe runs, valves, elbows and reductions. Every added object must be clearly labelled by size so it integrates seamlessly with the current tagging style.

Keep the line weights, layers and symbology consistent with standard AutoCAD piping conventions; I rely on those layers for downstream quantity take-offs. Accuracy is key—I will be overlaying this file on other mechanical drawings, so dimensions and connection points must match the original PDF exactly before the new items are dropped in.

Deliverable: one clean, editable DWG that mirrors the source drawing and includes the new, size-labelled components. A quick PDF plot of the final sheet for visual review would be appreciated as well.

Attached you will see a couple of images the full piping schematic that needs to be converted to dwg and the modifications file (considering between markers c and e) and a sideview schematic also require those schematics changes will be provided.

So to round this up, is the piping schematic drawing modification (sample provided) and convertion to dwg and pdf of it, and the sideview schematic will be provided to apply the same changes to that piping schematic top view.
