PDF House Plan to CAD

I have a single, scanned PDF that contains both the architectural layout and the structural information for a new-build house. I need that drawing reproduced line-for-line in AutoCAD, then supplied to me in two file types: DWG and DXF. Please replicate every dimension, note, hatch, symbol, and title-block reference you can read in the original so I can move straight into detailing and quantity take-offs without rework.

Because the PDF came from a scan, some linework is faint; draft on logical, named layers so I can toggle architectural and structural elements independently. Use standard AutoCAD fonts and linetypes unless the PDF clearly shows something custom.

Deliverables
• AutoCAD DWG file with organised layers for architectural and structural elements
• Matching DXF export, same layer structure
• PDF plot of the finished CAD to let me cross-check before final hand-off

I will supply the scan as soon as we start; if any part of it is unreadable, flag it and I’ll clarify.
