PDF Floor Plan to DWG

I have a floor-plan PDF that I need reproduced as a clean, accurate CAD file. A basic outline is all that’s required—no furniture, fixtures or extensive annotations—just the essential walls, exterior boundaries and any obvious internal divisions shown on the original. I’ll supply the PDF as soon as we start; you return a single, well-layered DWG that opens flawlessly in AutoCAD. Please keep the geometry precise and to scale so I can add further details later.
