PDF Elevations and floor plan to Layered DWG
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a set of elevation PDFs that I need redrawn accurately in DWG. Every line, dimension, and note visible on the PDFs must be captured, so the resulting files read just like the originals when opened in AutoCAD.
Please keep different building elements—walls, windows, doors, rooflines, annotations, and so on—on their own dedicated layers. This layer structure is important because I will be handing the files to other consultants who rely on clean layer separation for their workflows.
The scope is purely 2-D; no modelling is required. If you spot dimensions that look ambiguous, flag them so I can clarify before you finalise the file. Once finished, send me the native DWG (2018 or earlier) along with a plotted PDF so I can cross-check the output against the original scans.
DWG version needed to create an MEP set of drawings for city review and approval in Alabama.
