PDF to DWG Floorplan

I have a set of architectural floor-plan PDFs that I need recreated as clean, editable .dwg files. The scope is limited to the basic layout only—no structural detailing, annotations, elevations, or sections.

You will receive the original PDF pages and return a single AutoCAD-compatible drawing that matches the linework, room dimensions, and overall scale precisely. Please organise the drawing on sensible layers so future detailing is straightforward, but keep the layer set lean (walls, doors/windows, text, and dimensions are enough).

Deliverable
• One .dwg file reflecting the supplied PDF floor plan at the correct scale.

I’ll review the file by overlaying it on the PDF; if the geometry aligns and elements are properly layered, the job is complete.
