PDF to AutoCAD Single-Line

I already have the complete set of electrical design notes in PDF, originally issued by our engineer. What I now need is a clean, well-layered single-line diagram produced directly in AutoCAD. It should carry the usual standard annotations—breaker sizes, cable tags, equipment names, feeder IDs, and any notes that appear on the source PDFs—so the file can drop straight into our construction drawings without extra cleanup.

Please trace or rebuild only what is necessary for an accurate single-line; no need to draft peripheral schedules or miscellaneous pages. Accuracy of symbols, text height, and layer naming must follow typical AutoCAD electrical conventions so the file plots correctly on an A1 title block.

Deliverables
• One fully editable DWG containing the single-line diagram, saved in AutoCAD 2018 format or earlier
• A plotted PDF generated from that DWG for quick review
