PDF Architectural Plans to AutoCAD

I have two PDF plan sets—nine pages each—that must be redrawn as AutoCAD files. Every sheet needs to be an exact replica of the original, including all text labels, dimensions, and hatch patterns already shown in the PDFs. No new standards are required; clean, standard AutoCAD layers are fine as long as the files stay organised and easy to edit later.

Deliverables
• 2 DWG files (each with 9 sheets) saved to an AutoCAD 2018-compatible format
• All annotations reproduced exactly—labels, dimension strings, hatch fills, linework, symbols, and any other visible elements
• A short note flagging anything unclear or unreadable in the source, if encountered
