One-Room As-Built Drawings Update
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have an existing DWG for a single room and a marked-up PDF that shows every piece of text that now needs to appear on the drawing. Your job is to open the DWG, insert the new annotations exactly as indicated, and issue three separate one-page sheets—each provided both as DWG and as a matching PDF.
The notes you will add are limited to:
• Labels for the different room sections
• Material specifications called out in the markup
All lettering, leaders and call-outs must follow accepted international drafting standards for readability, layering and text height. No structural edits, dimension changes or layout revisions are required—this is strictly an annotation update.
I will supply:
• The current DWG
• A red-lined PDF showing placement of every label and spec
• A text file containing the wording to be pasted in
Deliverables at hand-off:
• 3 one-page DWG files
• 3 corresponding PDFs ready for issue
If you work in AutoCAD or compatible CAD software and can return clean, standards-compliant files, I’m ready to send the package immediately and move forward.
