Office-to-Home Feasibility Plans
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I have an existing office suite that I’m ready to re-imagine as housing and I need clear, feasibility-level floor plans to take the conversation forward with planners and potential investors. The space will be divided into three to five separate homes, made up of a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments. At this stage I’m only after a basic layout that shows accurate room sizes and sensible circulation; furniture, electrical and plumbing details will wait for the next phase.
You’ll start from the current office drawings (PDF and DWG files are ready to share) and reorganise the footprint so every unit meets typical daylight, access and egress requirements. If local code or building-reg quirks affect the way you lay out kitchens, bathrooms or escape routes, flag them for me in a short set of notes.
Deliverables
• Scaled floor plan(s) in PDF and editable DWG showing each proposed unit with labelled room dimensions
• A brief design-rationale note outlining key compliance considerations and any obvious challenges
Keep the presentation clean and straightforward—this is a feasibility package I can drop straight into a planning pre-app or funding deck.
