Office Bathroom Permit Plans

Job ID: 40034507

Budget: $250 – $750 CAD

I have an 8,000 sq ft office building and the city of Brockville, Ontario. The city Ontario stamped plan set for this remodel. Your task is to prepare those drawings.

Scope of the additions
• Bathroom A: we will reuse an existing door and three standing walls; only one new partition wall must be shown.
• Bathroom B: three existing walls remain; a fourth wall and a new door are required.
• Both rooms need new plumbing installations—supply, waste and vent lines tied into the main stack—so the plans must include coordinated architectural, plumbing and riser sheets if required by the city building office.

What I can provide
• The original DWG floor plans (separate, not yet unified).
• Site photos and basic dimensions.

What I need from you
1. A unified, cleaned-up base plan in DWG sufficient to meet the permit application.
2. Architectural, plumbing and new-work sheets that clearly call out the two walls, one door, fixture locations, rough-in dimensions, notes and code references.
3. Any sections, elevations, schedules and details typically required for a small tenant-improvement permit.
4. PDF plot set ready for upload plus the editable CAD files.

Standard design and fixtures are acceptable; no ADA upgrades or LEED documentation are being pursued. However, please follow the current International Building Code and plumbing code adopted by the city.

I will be available for quick answers during drafting and will handle permit submission myself, so fast turn-around and willingness to tweak red-lines until the city stamps the set “Approved” is key.

Note: Award price on this project is fixed. Please do no bid an amount inconstant with your estimate with out detailed explanation.
