Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need a production-ready pattern for a roll-up tool roll that will be cut and sewn in nylon / cordura / xpac. The end product should hold a set of hand tools securely, roll up neatly, and close with a single strap or buckle. I will provide the rough overall dimensions I want and a picture; your job is to translate that into a precise, repeatable pattern that a small manufacturing shop can follow without guesswork.
Because we are working with nylon, please account for edge binding, seam allowances, and suggested reinforcement points. A bias-bound edge finish is preferred, but I’m open to your recommendations if you have a better idea for durability. Feel free to work in your preferred software—Illustrator, AutoCAD, Gerber, or any other digital pattern platform—as long as the export can be supplied in both PDF (for printing at full scale) and an editable file.
Deliverables:
• Full-scale digital pattern with grainlines, notches, and seam allowances clearly marked
