Nichiha Panel Shop Drawings Needed

I already have a full set of architectural plans and the current engineer-of-record notes; what is missing are detailed shop drawings for the Nichiha composite exterior panel system.

You will take the plans I provide and produce clear, build-ready sheets that show:

• Complete panel layout with logical sequencing for installation
• All fastening and joint conditions called out to Nichiha requirements
• Dimensioned elevations and sections that coordinate with the structural and waterproofing details

The finished drawings must be delivered as a single, well-organized PDF package. Use any CAD platform you prefer internally, but the PDF set must plot to scale and read cleanly at 100 %.

Prior experience with Nichiha—or at least comparable rainscreen or fiber-cement panel systems—will be a big plus because accuracy and manufacturer compliance are critical. If anything in the reference plans is unclear, flag it early so we can resolve conflicts before you draft too far.
