Need changes in blueprint plan

Need few modification

Can you move the front fence so that it sits exactly 103 feet back from the center of the road? The new fence line should go straight across the front of the property and cover both driveways. Inside this new area, there are some key measurements to include: 38 feet on the far right side, 27 feet in front of Property 29511, 31 feet between the two gates, and 17 feet going inward. Please keep the "South Driveway" label as it is, but change the "North Driveway" label to just "Driveway." I also need two new gates added-one for each driveway-with clear labels. Remove the old fence line, the old gate positions, and any outdated labels or measurements, and replace them with this

new setup based on the marked layout.
