I have finalized the ground floor layout of my house and now I need a professional technical drawing made from it.
The house is on a 50 x 54 ft plot and the layout is already finalized. I need someone who can convert my final design into a proper professional architectural drawing with complete dimensions and technical details.
What I need:
Proper 2D floor plan drawing
Complete wall dimensions
Room sizes
Door and window placements
Wall thickness
washroom, kitchen, foyer, stairs, laundry, porch, lawn clearly marked
Clean and professional drafting
Final file should be easy to understand and ready for execution/reference
Important:
The freelancer must be from Pakistan
Must understand local house planning and construction standards
